Preventing Fraud in Academic Journals

It has come to our attention that submissions to the American Journal of Education – among other journals, see this link – have been solicited by a group listed as the International Agency for Development of Culture Education and Science (IADCES).  Please be aware that we have no connection with this group, and do not accept manuscripts from them.  In general, please keep in mind that:

  • AJE does not partner with third-parties to submit or publish manuscripts.
  • AJE does not solicit or charge a fee to submit a manuscript for review or to publish an article.
  • Manuscripts should only be submitted through the UC Press official website at:  https://www.editorialmanager.com/aje/
  • All communication between authors, reviewers and AJE editorial staff takes place through the Editorial Manager system to ensure confidentiality.
